3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FreeSkate cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

5. Payment Terms

Fees for our Services are based on your selected plan and usage. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Services after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

FreeSkate retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use FreeSkate's trademarks, logos, or branding.

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining the security of our platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit to our Services complies with applicable data protection laws and that you have obtained necessary consents.

8. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeSkate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with access to your data for a limited time following termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
